Weekly meeting start times from live GetHelp sources (US Meeting Guide / TSML feeds for AA and Al-Anon, plus BMLT Aggregator for NA by state). Hours use each listing's local start time. Online-only rows without a start time are excluded from hour/day charts. Attendance inferred from Meeting Guide attendance_option / types and BMLT venue_type.

- In GetHelp's live U.S. feeds, the peak start hour is 7 PM (11,572 weekly meetings, 34.1% of timed listings). Evening hours (6–9 PM) are typically the densest band for in-person access.
- How many recovery meetings start late at night?
- Only 1.5% of tracked meetings with a start time begin between 10 PM and 5 AM (522 listings). That late-night gap matters because many people seek help outside business hours.
- Are there more weekday or weekend recovery meetings?
- About 74.1% of timed meetings fall on weekdays (Mon–Fri) and 25.9% on weekends, based on 33,935 listings with a local start time.
