At this meeting we rotate reading from the 12 x 12, daily reflections, and Living Sober. We have a speaker start off the sharing portion for 10 minutes followed by open discussion.

Walking into a room can feel huge. Here is what many people find when they go.

You can sit near the door and listen. Nobody has to speak.
Meetings usually last about an hour. There is often coffee and a short reading.
People introduce themselves by first name. You can use any name you like.
Open meetings welcome visitors. Closed meetings are for people who want to stop drinking.

You can leave whenever you want. Plenty of people listen the first time.
